Quality Control：

	Steel Control Quality must be checked from scratch. Our steel is provided by reliable suppliers. We require the suppliers to provide the material proof of the steel.
CMM Test CMM can use the input of 3D digital module to measure and compare the finished mold with the positioning, size, relevant geometric tolerance, curve and surface of the digital module.
	Product Inspection  The company is equipped with several sets of product inspection tools. We attach great   importance to the quality inspection of products and issue relevant certificates for special   inspection tools.

JMT believes in thoroughly analyzing mold designs before any manufacturing begins. JMT engineers concentrate on mold life, reducing delivery time and ensuring mold quality. Mold feasibility studies are the first step and look for a variety of issues. Once a mold concept is complete, Moldflow and other CAE (computer aided engineering) tools are used to ensure quality parts can be produced, helping to secure the best value for our customers.
